PTT Token Checker Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

This privacy policy describes how the PTT Token Checker Chrome extension ("the extension"), published by Premium Tech Tools, handles your information. We built this extension to be privacy-first: it does not require a wallet connection and does not collect personal information.

What the extension does

PTT Token Checker analyzes cryptocurrency token contracts for security risks (such as honeypots, mint and freeze authority, liquidity lock status, and holder distribution) and shows you a Safe / Caution / Danger verdict. It operates only when you check a token.

Information we process

Information we do NOT collect

Third-party services

To analyze tokens, contract addresses are sent to established on-chain security data providers, including GoPlus Security Labs (gopluslabs.io) and RugCheck (rugcheck.xyz). Pro license validation is handled by Premium Tech Tools. These services receive only the contract address being checked (and, for Pro, your license key for validation).

Permissions

The extension requests only the permissions needed to function: access to the active tab to read a token's contract address on supported pages, storage to save your preferences and license key locally, and host access to reach the security APIs listed above.

Data retention

We do not maintain personal user profiles. Contract addresses are sent to security APIs at the time of a check and are not logged by us for identification purposes. Locally stored preferences and license keys remain in your browser until you remove the extension or clear its data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the extension evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
