How to Pay Multiple Solana Addresses Without Losing Your Mind
Send SOL or tokens to multiple addresses from a CSV file. Built for payroll, airdrops, and DAO distributions. Validates before sending.
When you need batch payments
Sending one transaction is easy. Sending one hundred? That's a project. Whether you're running payroll, distributing DAO rewards, paying contest winners, or executing an airdrop, batch payments present challenges: preparing recipient data, validating addresses, handling token decimals, managing transaction fees, dealing with failures.
BatchPay handles this workflow: import a CSV with addresses and amounts, validate everything before sending, preview the total cost including fees, execute with wallet approval, and get receipts for reconciliation.
Validation before sending
Before any transaction goes out, BatchPay validates: address format (is this actually a valid Solana address?), duplicate detection (sending twice to the same address is usually a mistake), amount sanity (negative numbers, zero amounts, unreasonable totals), and token compatibility (correct decimals for the token you're sending).
The preview shows exactly what will happen: total amount, number of recipients, estimated fees, and a breakdown by recipient. No surprises after you sign.
Partial failure recovery
Batch transactions can fail partway through—network issues, rate limits, or insufficient funds for later recipients. BatchPay uses unique transaction IDs per recipient. If a batch fails midway, retry will skip already-confirmed payments.
After execution, export a receipt showing each recipient, amount, transaction signature, and status. This is your audit trail for reconciliation and tax purposes.
Practical use cases
DAO payroll: pay contributors monthly from a CSV export of your payroll system. Airdrops: distribute tokens to a snapshot of holders. Contest rewards: pay multiple winners in one session. NFT royalty splits: distribute proceeds to collaborators.
The tool requires you to have the tokens in your wallet. It's not a mixing service or privacy tool. For wallet-connected sending, you need a browser extension wallet installed.
